Hazelnut - Explorers Lewis and Clark wrote about eating native hazelnuts in their journals as they traveled thru the Northwest. Our locally grown hazelnuts are fresh roasted and then drenched in chocolate to create a truly delicious original treat.
Raspberry- When settlers from Europe came to America, they were surprised to find Native Americans eating raspberries. Raspberries are found in many parts of the world but the sweetest and most pleasant flavored are grown in good quality soil with a high moisture content, which is why the berries found in the Northwest are some of the best in the world.
Huckleberry-The ancient path of the huckleberry is covered by the foot-steps of generations of Native Americans. In late summer when the huckleberries came into their peak, the indigenous people left their villages along the Columbia Plateau in North-Central Oregon in search of the “Wiwnu” (Huckleberry) on Mount Hood. This is one of our most popular flavors.
Lavender Honey- Our Lavender Honey flavored chocolate ganache is made with honey harvested from Oregon Lavender Farms in Oregon City, Oregon.
